Coto de Caza is a private gated community of luxury homes in South Orange County. It is bordered by Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, and Ladera Ranch. This suburban community is made up mostly of Spanish style tract housing with some custom homes. The name Coto de Caza is Spanish for “Hunt Preserve”.
